1. Head out to Hillsboro airport for Blake to skydive (our gift for Father's Day)
2. Blake jumps out of a perfectly good (but tiny) airplane.
3. Due to the snap of the parachute or the too tight straps, somehow blood supply to his brain is cut off, lights go out, then on, then out, then on, then out again.
4. Lands unconscious and scares us half to death, but is fine in the end.
5. While waiting for the CD of pictures and checking on Blake who is still a bit woozy, commotion erupts 10 feet away when Andrew, not wanting to be outdone, passes out, slips beneath the picnic table he was sitting on, and cracks his head on the concrete.
6. A fun-filled trip the the local hospital where we find out he has not done any real damage to his hard head but is definitely part of my "pass-out-prone" family.
7. Boys are all fine. Girls did not pass out.
8. We have decided not to go anywhere south of Waxahachie since anytime we do, it turns out not so good.
Stay tuned for more adventures in the life of the Brannons!
Our Mansfield Red Raiders finished third in the tournament last weekend. The boys played well and qualified for the USSSA World Series. Here of some pictures of "Too Cool" (so named because of the shades that he likes to wear).
Our school is performing a musical next month about the life of Moses. For one of the songs, they needed large numbers for each of the plagues of Egypt. Guess who volunteered to do those. I think they turned out well.
